Schantz recently installed a new roof on my home. Schantz came out when they said they would, provided me with a complete estimate, started and completed the work on time. Quality materials were used and Liz was friendly, knowledgeable about working with insurance companies and patient with me. Best experience I have had and I would recommend this company to anyone needing home repairs. I can’t thank them enough for a job well done.

Schantz recently completed exterior siding removal, new siding installation and painting at our house and did a fantastic job! We were confident from the start that things would go smoothly as communication was great, questions were answered quickly, and the professional & friendly manner of everyone made the project very smooth…The work was completed in line with the timeline given and the finished product looks fantastic! Had rot on our chimney siding. Contacted Schantz and I was scheduled for a free quote immediately. Brian came to our home and was very courteous and professional. We received a quote within a few days. Job was scheduled rather quickly and the work was done the same day!! Liz, the office manager, was super responsive and kind. The team that came were respectful to our property and cleaned up all debris. For future jobs, Schantz is the company we’ll choose again!
